Guest Teacher on Thursday
Angelique Shepherd owns a great studio in Menlo Park called Danceworks. She's coming up to take my spot for a night this Thursday, so keep class in your schedule and try something new this week. Enjoy, and see you all next week!

That was great, but after almost two weeks of no dance it wasn't quite a gentle return! My abs and feet are killing me, but she's a fun sub (despite the fact that her not using counts completely baffles me in the combination).
